The job: RP4K Sales/Customer Service Representative

The pay: $19.00 per hour

The hours: 28 per week, 5 days/week & alternate Saturdays

• Receive communications, organize records, and respond to customers by phone and email
• Make outbound warm sales phone calls and emails regarding our program to past customers and prospective future customers
• Contact current students about their progress, conduct feedback requests, and pitch their next potential course
• New customer intake, scheduling, and organization of free trial classes
• Connect with other RP4K Team Members to succeed

Position Overview:

An RP4K Sales/Customer Service Representative uses Zoom phone and meeting tools to connect with other RP4K employees and customers, and communicates with other RP4K staff using Slack for general communication, or by phone for immediate concerns. RP4K Sales/Customer Service Representatives regularly use Spreadsheet software and should be familiar with both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Sales/Customer Service Representatives are expected to handle customer data with care, and will work closely with Finance to set up billing for course arrangements. Sales/Customer Service Representatives actively refer to our website and internal documents and should be familiar with general computing and web browsers.

Availability:

RP4K is actively recruiting Sales/Customer Service Representative for a shift with focus on 9AM – 2PM on Monday and Wednesday, 3:30 -8:30PM on Tuesday and Thursday, and Friday or Saturday 9AM – 5PM.

Qualifications and Skills:

• College or University degree is required
• Strong keyboarding skills and computer experience is required
• Spreadsheet software and other CRM experience is required
• Previous Sales/Customer Service work experience is preferred
• Strong attention-to-detail and rigorous focus
• Independent worker and ability to self-start

Eligible candidates are expected to be highly dependable and demonstrate confidentiality, strong judgement, and excellent problem-solving skills. Candidates should be prepared to provide a minimum of 2 references.
