Real Equity Management Hiring for Digital Marketing Analyst at Columbia, MO Full Time

COMPENSATION: $50,000 to $70,000 based upon experience, plus full benefits.

OUR COMPANY: Real Equity Management (REM) is a privately owned design-build and property management firm based in Columbia, Missouri. For more than 20 years, we have fulfilled community needs by building a diverse commercial and residential real estate portfolio across the Midwest. Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, mixed-use and market-rate communities, in addition to commercial and retail spaces. We remain focused on our plans for growth and currently have several exciting projects under construction and in queue!

DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST POSITION: We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team and lead all paid digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in paid digital marketing, as well as social media and SEO strategies.

DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist all brands with organic social media efforts and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Work with our Sales Teams to create campaign strategies for our different brands.
• Work with our Graphic Design Team to create and execute paid campaign advertisements.
• Track and monitor campaign data to determine campaign inefficiencies (and successes!).
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on your analyses.
• A/B test campaigns, analyze key metrics and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance toward defined goals.
• Research, optimize, and make recommendations for content changes to our customer-facing website as it pertains to SEO and on-page client conversion.
• Develop with Graphic Design Team to develop content for digital campaigns
• Create and edit copy/content for various sources (e.g. website, digital ads, blogs, magazine ads, video, etc).
• Monitor and study trends in digital media and marketing

DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE: 2+ years’ experience creating and placing paid display advertisements on Facebook and Google
• MUST HAVE: 2+ years’ experience with paid search advertisements including Google AdWords campaigns
• SEO experience, preferred
• Google Adwords certification a plus!
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, Required.
• Familiarity and experience with Internet Listing Services, Social Media and Customer Service a plus
