Ready Set Hiring for Content Marketing & Demand Gen Director at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

We are looking for a Content Marketing & Demand Gen Director to help us build a New Advertising Industry Everyone can Love.

As Content Marketing Director & Demand Gen Director you will be responsible for marketing’s mission to make sales more successful. This is a senior role ing directly to the CEO.

What you’ll do:

• Build a demand gen and overall marketing machine that maps to Ready Set’s 2025 strategy
• Test and learn different channels and ideas out in the spirit of our core value #getbetter
• Work closely with Sales to build valuable pipeline
• Build out an SDR team if required to source and develop leads
• Oversee any and all marketing activities, budget and team

What you are good at:

• Building a B2B marketing organization from the ground (or near-ish the ground) up
• Leading w/data – you’ve had a lead commit before and work towards measurable results
• Iterating based on what’s working – demand gen, events, messaging, landing pages, etc.
• Writing/content – a great eye for content that’s valuable for others, not just all about us
