Ready Force Staffing Hiring for High Volume Recruiter (Entry Level) Full Time

Ready Force Staffing, LLC in Fife is currently seeking a High Volume Recruiter (Entry Level) to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible for the fulfillment of open job requisitions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing qualified candidates through internet searches and referrals.
• Helping to plan and attending recruiting events
• Screening resumes; conducting phone and in person interviews
• Conducting background & reference checks
• Assisting with onboarding of new hires, including leading orientations and continued employee engagement
• Assisting with Payroll process, answering phones, and filing.

Requirements:

• Associate degree preferred and minimum 1-2 years Recruiting and Marketing experience
• Proven experience utilizing internet and social media search techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including public speaking
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; great customer service skills MUST!!
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 to 24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
