Position Summary:

Ready Alliance is currently in search of a Senior Email Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of key Email and SMS marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with extensive experience managing Email/SMS marketing channels and workflows using modern best practices, automation and personalization.

This role is an important part of our team and will be responsible for helping plan promotions/offers, execute campaigns, perform A/B tests, and optimize journeys/flows with a passion for data and performance analysis. As well as ensuring accurate messaging, content, offers, and timelines, while working closely with copywriters, graphic designers, and other marketing team members to ensure excellent execution.

This role requires a well-organized specialist who loves data, makes data-driven decisions and just loves the challenge of Email and SMS marketing. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day success of email, email strategy, performance analysis, segmentations, and building highly intuitive automations. Responsibilities:

• Manage execution of daily/weekly email, sms, and push notification channels.
• Manage e-newsletters, email campaign planning, segmentation, email automations, production and scheduling of emails, as well as list management, quality control, testing/approvals, analysis and optimization.
• Managing weekly/monthly ing related to the channels managed, while providing actionable insights and optimization of campaign performance.
• Work with digital strategy leaders to develop and execute campaigns that support marketing goals across our portfolio of brands.
• Drive the ongoing activity of test strategies and A/B testing
• Evaluate, update, build, and manage workflows, automations, and campaigns
• Be the in-house expert on best practices and new technologies of the channels managed.
• Identify KPIs, wins, misses, opportunities and recommend actions
• Help develop content calendar and promotional planning on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• 5+ years proven success in email marketing,
• Experience with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands and marketing
• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data, while suggesting data-driven recommendations and testing concepts
• Demonstrated management skills with ability to follow through with team members
• Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify a PLUS
• Passionate, accountable, and curious, with an ownership mentality
• Organized and self-motivated with great time management skills and ability to operate under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, adaptive environment
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Google Analytics, and/or other ing tools
• Experience with promotional planning and strategies
• Effective experience running A/B tests and evolving strategy through data
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive, remain creative & calm under pressure
• Understanding and experience in UX (User Experience) and conversion rate optimization a PLUS

As a full time employee, you will be eligible for benefits starting on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
