Role and Responsibilities

An experienced software development manager managing multiple technology solutions. Responsible for the development, integration, and deployment of different software solutions throughout the organization including custom built solutions as well licensed solutions. Work with and manage both internal teams as well as external consultants.

• Evaluate software solutions and development deployment and integration plans.
• Hire or engage software development resources as needed.
• Create ana manage documentation related to requirements, design, deployment and testing.
• Manage the deployment and configuration of software solutions.
• Oversee maintenance and monitoring performance of software solutions.
• Understand business needs and be able to identify and/or develop software solutions.
