React Health is a fast paced, growth oriented, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment serving the respiratory, sleep and cardiology patients, caregivers, physicians, and providers. React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.

We are looking for a reliable Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Confidentiality and efficiency are very important qualities for the HR Recruiter.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process
• Recruit candidates nationally for a variety of different roles
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Proactively source and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Participate in career fairs, recruiting events and networking events.
• Maintain applicant database through our Applicant Tracking System.
• Track, monitor and key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hireand source of hire
• Gather, analyze and present information related to the supply/demand of talent, the labor market and compensation hiring trends, new sourcing avenues, and other relevant market data to help influence positive change.
• Execute the offer process, including establishing salary ranges, other incentives available, start date, etc., with Human Resources partners and hiring manager.
• Assists with and creating and/or revising job descriptions
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Other duties as assigned, in support of the company and department goals.
