Our Talent Attraction team sits within the Talent Strategy & Experience team, we’re structured in a way that gives each team member time to focus on key strategic projects, plus continuous growth and development opportunities – enabling us deliver on our enterprise OKR’s. The Scope of our team stretches across the core Talent function, but also covers employer brand and REA’s Entry Level Programs (Graduate Programs).

What the role is all about:

As Associate Talent Partner, you’ll support the evolution and growth of our business, with end to end recruitment activities across a variety of roles, by sourcing and attracting exceptional talent into REA. You’ll deliver exemplary candidate and hiring manager experiences, while supporting our leaders to also mobilise internal talent across the business. You’ll be working in a highly collaborative team of talent partners, who’ll help you upskill to round out your recruitment knowledge with proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling for niche/hard to fill roles.

Day to day you can expect to deliver on the following:

• End to end recruitment for all junior -mid level roles, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and pipelining talent
• Attraction, recruitment and onboarding for all Entry Level Programs (graduate hiring)
• Implement proactive search strategies to attract the best talent
• Build credibility as a trusted advisor for our hiring leaders to influence innovative hiring decisions
• Coordination of talent lifecycle tasks: job ad writing, job ad posting, interview scheduling
• Work hand in hand with our Talent Branding team to generate creative LinkedIn campaigns
• Attend and represent REA at external talent events and help to coordinate events hosted by the Entry to REA Team
• Support our Diversity and Inclusion goals across our key pillars, to include Women in Tech.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous end to end recruitment experience (agency/inhouse/RPO/fast paced tech business experience desirable)
• Skills first hiring experience plus the ability to work with a variety of systems and processes
• Problem solving, critical thinking and being able to think outside the box with innovative ideas
• An impeccable eye for detail, someone who is thorough and precise
• The ability to prioritise and manage workloads – it’s a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills required to work with stakeholders at all levels
• CRM experience plus LinkedIn Recruiter (not essential but advantageous)
