Our Talent Attraction team sits within the Talent Strategy & Experience team, we’re structured in a way that gives each team member time to focus on key strategic projects, plus continuous growth and development opportunities – enabling us deliver on our enterprise OKR’s. The Scope of our team stretches across the core Talent function, but also covers employer brand and REA’s Entry Level Programs (Graduate Programs).
We create world class experiences for our candidates and hiring managers and are deeply integrated into our people practices so that we can share market data that shapes processes, remuneration and ways of working.
What the role is all about:
As Associate Talent Partner, you’ll support the evolution and growth of our business, with end to end recruitment activities across a variety of roles, by sourcing and attracting exceptional talent into REA. You’ll deliver exemplary candidate and hiring manager experiences, while supporting our leaders to also mobilise internal talent across the business. You’ll be working in a highly collaborative team of talent partners, who’ll help you upskill to round out your recruitment knowledge with proactive searches, market mapping and talent pooling for niche/hard to fill roles.
