Job Description:

RDG Global LLC and Major Label Group LLC seeks a Financial Analyst to be a key member on of the Finance team.   Both companies are experiencing sales and profit growth that requires us to enhance our reporting and expand our team.    This role will report to the CFO.

This role will be responsible for monthly P&L forecasts, including Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, with separate presentations for our Executive Management Team and Bank.    Additional reports will include sales and GM reporting by customer category of business, and month/quarter,

This role will support RDG’s President with analysis that may include monthly sales reports, inventory “open to sell” analysis, and other ad-hoc reports.

This candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly analytical, creative, and have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage financial responsibilities and support decision making in a rapidly evolving business.

This role requires a self-starter with strong modeling skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects effectively. This role also has regular interaction with senior executives, various business units, and multiple stakeholders across Amazon and requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA in Finance/Accounting
• 4+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.
• Superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Advanced experience with Excel including pivot tables, Power Pivot, and OMS (order management systems)
• Ability to work independently
