R&D Plumbing & Heating Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Lloydminster, AB Full Time

R&D Plumbing and Heating is based out of Lloydminster. We are a team of motivated and caring people that are leaders in providing repairs and service for furnaces, boilers, HWT, AC and venting for residential homes and commercial businesses of all sizes.

Your Role:

Customer Service Representatives are the voice of R&D. You deliver exemplary service to our customers. You are part of a collaborative team that supports you, your ideas, and your success.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• You are confident and professional in responding to customer telephone inquiries by using the tools and resources provided to you
• Your data entry of customer information is consistently accurate
• You arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled shifts, well prepared and ready to take care of customers
• You will make recommendations on improvements or changes that may benefit our clients
• You will make recommendations to increase our efficiencies
• You are prepared to navigate process and organizational change in a high growth company
• You are happy to take on projects and other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of call center experience preferred
• Customer service experience for a minimum of 2 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with a team that is multigenerational and has multi-level skill sets
• Sales experience is a plus
• Experience handling customers
• Knowledge of the location/area preferred
• Available to work shifts – times to be determined
