Field Duties (typically Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana)
Projects
Execute job walks
Manage execution of projects
Manage / interact with staff, contracted personnel, customer, vendors, etc
High attention to detail
High attention to customer, vendor and staff communications
Performing Hydrotests are an important component of business model
Approximately twice per month, candidate will execute hydro tests for customer facing / business
development opportunities; hydro tests are an effective way to open the door to larger project
Perform quality control and staff performance reviews Office Duties
Projects
Project management mobilization readiness, communications, optimize procurement of third-party equipment and supplies
Staff projects w / combination of staff and contractors
Vendor relationships, partnerships, negotiations
Support and / or perform review of RFP / Scopes of Work
Preparation and / or review of Quotations
Staff Development
Hiring Coordinate the recruiting, onboarding, training, and supervision of developmental staff
Training – Develop training curriculum / checklist, supervise development of operators / technicians
It is anticipated that the Supervisor will be in office approximately 50% and in the field approximately 50%.

Requirements
Requirements Mandatory Requirements :
10+ years of pipeline field services (hydrotesting) and / or construction experience
Experience within the industrial call-out’ service business model
Ability to travel and be on the road for extended periods of time
Ability to work in West Houston office when not involved on projects or customer interaction
The following would enhance the strategic fit of a candidate, not mandatory requirements :
5+ years of industrial services, oilfield, or similar experience
Military experience is a plus
Financial oversight and experience leading an organization through sustainable growth
Proven track record operating multiple service locations
Exposure to business development
Live within 30 miles of Beltway 8 and I-10 area in West Houston
Benefits
Compensation :
Base salary range : $105,000 – $125,000
Benefits Incentives range : 10%-30% of salary, paid quarterly
Other benefits : Vehicle, Health Benefits, 401(k), and PTO

Requirements
Conduct routine inspections and corrosion surveys of pipelines, tanks, and related equipment. Perform cathodic protection system tests, maintenance, and repairs.
Collect and analyze data related to corrosion rates and environmental factors. Implement corrosion mitigation strategies and recommend appropriate materials and coatings.
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop corrosion control plans. Document inspection findings, maintenance activities, and corrosion control measures.
Follow safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
