The RCS Companies consist of a licensed and bonded flat bed transportation company, a logistics company, and a repair business based out of Bealeton, Virginia. We have been in business for nineteen years and are actively growing, handling freight logistics needs for many customers throughout the nation. Currently, we are hiring a full-time Entry Level Accountant for our Bealeton, Virginia office.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and self-driven, have excellent phone and typing skills, be great at multitasking, focus on attention to detail, and be effective at working in a team. Experience with accounting, Quickbooks, Word, and Excel preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person! Job responsibilities will include invoice creation, payment processing, collections, and bill payment, and other duties as assigned by the CFO.

The position is a full-time hourly position, with the office being open Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. We offer health, dental, vision, life and disability, as well as direct deposit of paychecks.
