RCR Consulting Group Hiring for Logistics Operations Specialist at Remote Full Time

Greenstreet Logistics is a leading logistics and transportation company specializing in providing sustainable and efficient transportation solutions to our clients. We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of customer service while ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including intermodal and over the road transportation.
• Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed of shipment status.
• Develop and maintain logistics s and provide data analysis to identify areas forimprovement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, including intermodal and over the road transportation.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
