RCH Construction Hiring for Office Supervisor Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY

The Office Supervisor is responsible for implementing the best practice and developing processes across the organization. The key fundamentals of this role include formulating strategy, improving performance, improving office function, managing resources, and ensuring compliance. This is a leadership role that will mentor team members, increase customer service, and implement best practices. The successful candidate will possess a depth of experience that helps excel in the areas of compliance, efficiency, and profitability in a cross-functional approach to business growth.

OBJECTIVES

• Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure the smooth running of the company
• Build effective relationships with upper management and support team members
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Provide support to other members of the team as needed
• Assist in achieving revenue goals by effectively leading the office team, scheduling, team productivity, and collections and receivables in a cost efficient way
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate all internal messaging as it relates to the daily operations
• Prepare s or documentation as needed by upper management
• Increase customer retention and support growth through marketing and promotional objectives
• Maintain oversight at the level of overall office and team member hours daily and weekly in order to make effective staffing recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining business licensing as required
• Oversee health and safety regulations within office
• Handle scheduling of internal/external meetings
• Attend and participate in internal meetings
• Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients and visitors.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Oversee various vendors and related duties to include maintenance, mailing/deliveries, office supplies, equipment, furniture, office cleaning.
• Inventory, track & order office supplies and kitchen supplies; ensure workspace and kitchen are neat, clean & organized.
• Point person for maintenance, mailing/deliveries, supplies, equipment, and property management.
• Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.
• Troubleshoot computers and office equipment as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) Required
• Experience in construction a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to spend prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk using a computer
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs on occasion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
