RCGT Consulting Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Ottawa, ON Full Time

We are hiring a 10 Customer Service Representative to work in our professional services firm. Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to incoming calls, chats, and email requests from customers

Research required information and help provide support and answers to incoming requests

Meet performance targets given for each of our programs and contracts

Enter customer information into system and update existing customer information

Assist customers file complaints and provide support in a professional manner

Document all call information according to standardized procedures

Produce call reports when required

Assist our clients through their various inquiries

Responsibilities will adapt over time based on acquired contracts

Do outbound calls on behalf of our clients

Ideal Candidates must:
Hold high school diploma, post-secondary education preferred

Be bilingual in both of Canada`s official languages English & French.

Be able to obtain or possess a valid Reliability security clearance.

Be punctual and have a strong work ethic

Be dynamic, reliable, and be able to adapt to an evolving environment

Be proficient in relevant computer applications
