As a Data Entry / Customer Services Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Dealing directly with customers via letter, email and phone – providing excellent customer service at all times
• Answering calls from customers
• Updating systems and records
• Providing update information to the wider team and sharing best practice
• Contributing ideas to improve ways of working
• Keeping your knowledge up to date via the web and publications.
• High School or higher eduation
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Good customer service and communication skills, written and telephone
• The ability to deliver consistently under pressure
• Self-motivation and a flexible approach to your work
• At least a basic level of IT competence.
