Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
– Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks
– Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotions
– Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, and social media posts
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to track ROI and make data-driven decisions
– Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing

Experience:
– Proven experience in performance marketing and driving results in an e-commerce environment
– Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
– Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital advertising platforms
– Knowledge of HTML5 and experience with email marketing platforms
– Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
– Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
– Understanding of print advertising and its role in integrated marketing campaigns
