Job Summary:

Raytheon Missile and Defense (RMD) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Coordinator, TA Support who is excited about working in a fast paced, action-oriented environment, partnering with the Talent Acquisition team, human resources, and leadership to support the hiring experience. The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of the interview process including scheduling phone/on-site interviews, setting up candidate travel, processing candidate expenses and other administrative duties aligned with the End2End interview process. The specialist will also support the RMD and Corporate onboarding team by partnering to ensure the candidate has a smooth transition into their new career. Additionally, the Senior Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining training and process documentation as well as executing training for contract Specialist hires. This role will require an individual who can multitask and prioritize work based on the business needs.

This position will be located at either Tucson, AZ or Tewksbury, MA

Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

• Engage with key stakeholders as a coordinator to align with the recruitment strategies and hiring needs
• Assign recruiters to new requisitions
• Schedule phone, in-person and/or video conferencing interviews for managers based on the manager and candidate availability
• Send confirmation emails to managers and candidates outlining the interview details
• Process domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations
• Process reimbursements for candidate expenses according to internal processes and policies
• Data management and tracker maintenance
• Managing multiple calendars at a time, within Outlook or other platforms
• Performs additional duties as required
• Develop process improvements and training documents or creating processes that will drive efficiency in an organization

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Customer service focus and experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, payroll, benefits, or highly visible administrative or data entry role requiring interface with all levels of the organization
• Experience with email systems and Microsoft office suite tools (MS Word, Power Point, Excel), electronic collaboration tools, and video conferences
• Experience developing and implementing process improvements and training documents or creating processes that drive efficiency in an organization

Qualifications We Value:

• Typically requires an Associate’s degree or 2 year post high school training with a 6 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Prior work experience as a Human Resources specialist/administrator
• Excellent analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
• Ability to utilize HR systems such as Workday and Interview Stream
• Ability to understand and comply with Raytheon policies and procedures and Security functions
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform under pressure with accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of teams and individuals across an organization
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information with discretion and a high level of trust
• RMD is preferred.
• Experience utilizing workday
