You’re highly skilled with:

• A minimum of 2+ years of progressive experience in software development or related experience
• Experience with C++ Programming
• Experience working in an agile/scrum team hyper-collaborative team environment using typical agile oriented tool suite implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes and the Test Driven-Development (TDD) approach
• Experience with the requirements development and flow down process
• Experience with system or subsystem level Integration, Verification and Validation (IV&V)
• Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows, VxWorks or other Real time operating systems
• Experience with design, code, integration, and test of software into a large software baseline and large system
• Must be a US Citizen and have an ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience and minimum 5+ years prior relevant experience.

• Experience with DevSecOps pipeline implementation and utilization, including Static Code Analysis, Automated Build, and Automated Test techniques using continuous integration/continuous delivery with Test-Driven Development approach.

You as the successful candidate will work and collaborate amongst an overall team of roughly 22 SW Engineers using the agile/scrum processes in a DevSecOps environment with multidiscipline scrum teams. You will use Atlassian tools set (Jira / Bit Bucket / Confluence) as well as Eclipse developing in C++, Python using RedHat Linux. You will work in our agile development schedule consisting of 3-week sprints with 5 sprints in one increment with retrospectives at the end of each sprint and each increment. You will participate in the typical daily scrum standup meeting. While working on the unclassified portions of the program you will work with team members onsite for 3-4 days a week. However, when you start to work on the classified portion of the program you will be on-site full-time.

• Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

The salary range for this role is 68,000 USD – 136,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
