We have an exciting role for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Brisbane head office. The role requires you to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues; research questions using available information resources; advise user on appropriate action; redirect problems to appropriate resources & teams and identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
To be successful in this role, you will genuinely enjoy troubleshooting and providing solutions to our corporate team members taking ownership of their experience and be knowledgeable in software deployment practices, OS Systems Patch Management as well as Google Apps Application suite including administration.
