Ravin Crossbows Hiring for CNC Operator – nd Shift at Superior, WI Full Time

Monday to Thursday

The Machine Operator is responsible for machining parts by operating a Haas CNC Mill while maintaining quality and safety standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Load and unload parts
· Select the correct program for roughing and finishing parts
· Inspects and measures machined parts to ensure that they are within part print specifications
· Make offsets as necessary
· Maintains clean, organized and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
· Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
· Keep a positive attitude and good work ethic for other employees to emulate
· Documents actions by completing daily s
· Any other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Lead

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
· Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements
· problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to CNC Lead
· Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed
· Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

· The Machine Operator may be subject to standing long hours with repeated reaching, bending, lifting (20-30 pounds) and squatting. The Machine Operator must be adept at fine motor skill manipulation with both hands. In addition, the Machine Operator must write, speak and understand English.
