Ravensbourne is looking to expand our support team through the recruitment of an International Support Officer.
This varied role will focus on support for international students during their time at Ravensbourne, from induction through to graduation. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the current student visa processes and be comfortable with a student facing role dealing with enquiries both online and in person.
You will also work with our International Team, Recruitment and the Student Union to build engaging events with our various international societies to help make our new international students feel at home and supported during their time at Ravensbourne.
You will also be working with our wider wellbeing staff to help triage students for support and build up an understanding of the best options to refer and support individual student needs.
This role is rewarding, offering a chance to work as a key point of contact for students studying abroad for the first time and helping them to grow and learn in an exciting, diverse and exceptional educational setting.
