Join this innovative social business as an HR Coordinator and use your experience of people administration and best practice to provide a fantastic service to our internal customers and help create a compelling employee experience.
Raven is a business with a clear social purpose: building homes and changing lives. We aim to be an outstanding provider of homes in Surrey and Sussex, a cornerstone of the community and an innovative employer.
As HR Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a highly engaging employee experience – providing high quality first-line support to employees and managers, as well as undertaking administrative activities across all aspects of the employment life cycle and managing our systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and data integrity. Coordinating a wide breadth of HR activity, you’ll support other members of the People team and ensuring the alignment of processes and systems so that people policies and procedures are carried out in a manner that enhances employee engagement.
You’ve already proven yourself in fast-paced, customer-facing organisations that need highly engaged workforces. In particular, you’ve demonstrated your understanding of employment life-cycle administration, employment regulations, people policies, procedures and HR best practice – in addition to HRIS systems, payroll management and benefits administration, employment query management, supplier management, HR analytics, reporting and audit management. You will ideally have CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
You will be resilient, with lots of initiative, and able to thrive in a changing and dynamic environment. You should also share our values: earning trust by being open and accountable, listening with an open mind, working collaboratively and caring about making things better.
We support and trust our staff to work as a team and be their best. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, a great pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, plus support to develop your skills and career.
Closing date: 11th February
This is a rolling recruitment process and interviews may take place before the closing date so early applications are encouraged.
