The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Developing and managing the regional marketing strategies along with the Global Marketing Leader.
• Optimizing results-driven KPIs to measure marketing campaign results.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing the sales and marketing teams, including sales managers, account executives, marketers, and creative professionals.
• Participating in high-level client interactions and negotiations as needed.
• Fostering strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of efforts, share insights, and optimize lead-to-revenue processes.
• Staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive innovation in sales and marketing strategies.
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven track record of successful sales and marketing leadership (at least 7 years of relevant experience with 5 years in managing/leading teams)
• Experience working in the HVAC-industry
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
