We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, and ensuring that all payments are made in a timely manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The Accounts Payable/Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all accounts payable records and the care of all customers who seek our professional services. Customer service will include answering phones, taking orders, and maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction.

Accounts Payable/ Customer Service Clerk

• Process vendor invoices & payment in a timely manner
• Maintain records of accounts payable transactions
• Reconcile vendor statements to purchase orders
• Customer Service includes taking phone orders as well as waiting on walk-in customers
• Maintain order records & delivery tickets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bookkeeping skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word & Excel
• Attention to Detail
• Verbal Communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
