As a Director of Tutoring, you directly impact the success of our organization by bringing in new business. You are the face of our brand and represent our company with professionalism at conferences and in various interactions with others in the industry. Your warm and friendly demeanor helps you as you develop relationships with prospective clients. Carefully listening to their needs, you work with them closely until they become new clients. Your priorities are to increase sales and maintain a business development pipeline of referral accounts. You love the variety that your work brings, the opportunity to meet new people, and the satisfaction of helping our business thrive!

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree

1+ years of verifiable sales experience

Sales experience in the education industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge about college-level coursework and admissions exams such as the SAT, ACT, and GRE would be a plus. WORK SCHEDULE
