Who We Are

What You Will Do

• Provide technical assistance during implementation that mirrors our responsive customer service, values-based company structure.
• Support all RateLinx products during implementation and meet customer go-live dates.
• Make updates in the customer code consistent with customers’ Setup Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Perform internal unit testing to ensure quality of any software changes.
• Deliver customer service ensuring the principles of security and availability are maintained at all times.
• Understand all system functionality to provide complete and accurate customer solutions.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the software in a timely manner.
• Follow signed specifications and work with the Implementation team to ensure any system configurations or changes meet customers’ requirements.

• Your education is in software development, computer science or related field at the Associate or Bachelor degree level.
• You also have experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer with Microsoft SQL Server and C# or similar languages, like Java.
