We have exciting opportunities available for Bookkeepers and/or Junior Accountants to join our Finance team and grow within our business!

In this position there are a range of financial processes you could be made accountable for dependant on your level of experience and interest. Some of the areas allocated could be:

Key duties include:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Adhoc payments
• Processing Payroll
• Payroll journals
• Assist with month end reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Other adhoc assistance as required

The successful person will have:

• Some relevant experience – training will be provided to the successful applicants
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and reporting time tables
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
• Able to show initiative and be a self-starter
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prioritisation and organisational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets – desired but not essential
