RAS Logistics Hiring for IT Administrator at Elkhart, IN Full Time

R.A.S. Logistics is a leader in the logistics industry providing final mile delivery services and we continue to grow thanks to the experience and excellent customer service of our staff. We are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator in our Elkhart, IN facility.

IT Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

• Provides various technical support to end users by investigating and resolving software and hardware problems
• Advanced technical issues involving Microsoft’s full suite business applications and operating systems
• Analyze and resolve network performance issues
• Contributes and maintains accurate documentation to provide consistent solutions
• Assist with projects, tasks, and planning
• Other duties as assigned

IT Administrator requirements include the following.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related work experience
• Advanced knowledge Windows 10 & 11
• Experience with networking preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred
• Ability to work and learn independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
