About the Opportunity:

You’re responsible for supporting a team of project managers, assisting in the roll out of a brand-new state of the art health system.

Facilitating project meetings and the development of system implementation and best practices.

You will find yourself providing status updates, project registers and project plan maintenance.

Coordinating daily stand ups with a focus on documentation and collaboration, you’re ready to hit the ground running.

About you:

You have been in the PMO game for quite some time now.

Knowledge of systems and implementations won’t be new to you, bonus points if you have experience in Jira.

Your experience steering committee and ad-hoc meetings will see you thrive in this role.

With the ability to document, plan and coordinate projects, you hold a high attention to detail.

You have experience working as a Project Management office coordinator, specific to system implementations.
