About the role

The Program Manager is a strategic delivery role that will lead and manage the delivery across multiple product teams, identifying interdependencies and driving collaboration to collectively deliver all aspects of the ICT/Digital Project and portfolio management.

You’ll lead and manage the planning and delivery of some pretty large technical projects and organisational initiatives. The full project management cycle won’t be new to you. Preparing business cases, project plans, allocating resources and managing of budgets will be a a big portion. But at the same time, your development of strategies throughout, to achieve success of projects will be key.

identify strategies for uplifting program delivery maturity and support the Program Director in managing governance and executive stakeholders. You will also lead a program support team to manage the program roadmaps, risks, issues, budget, and governance forums.

The Right Person

You have strong experience in a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager role, with a focus on Corporate IT Programs. Your communication and collaboration skills are vital. You have strong experience in an Agile environment and understanding or experience with waterfall methodologies. You have a growth mindset, you’re highly motivated and you take initiative!
