Your new gig

This Non-For-Profit is continuously growing, and as a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you’ll be joining for 6 weeks as a key player in promoting business process improvement.

As expected, you’ll be extracting, analysing, and interpreting data using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerBi, or R (whatever is your preference!), and generating s to highlight important opportunities for improvement.

You’ll be specifically focusing on critical data insights on the customer journey, and communicate key areas of attrition to leaders, with the goal to minimise customer drop-out rates and help overall conversion.
