Your New Gig

This Non-For-Profit is continuously growing, and as an Applied Data Analyst, you’ll be joining for 6 weeks, as a key player in a project to promote business process improvement.

You’ll be working on multiple business problems, however you’ll have a significant focus on leveraging and analysing data surrounding the customer journey. You’ll need to identify and communicate key insights and areas of attrition to leaders, with the goal to minimise customer drop-out rates and help overall lead conversion.

If you’re a lover of data who likes to get hands-on and dig deep to find the “why”, then this is the fun bit!

You won’t just be ing your insights, you’ll be a part of the problem-solving process. You’ll be brainstorming hypotheses, testing them with different processes and solutions, and delivering your insights accordingly.

If you’re not an expert in extracting data – no worries, you’ll be working with a Business Analyst who will provide you with the necessary data to get the job done.

As a result of your work, you’ll help this organisation deliver its services to hundreds more in need.

If you happen to also utilise the Six Sigma methodology, this will help. If not, they’ll coach you through it!
