Position: SUPPLY CHAIN ASSOCIATE

Pay Rate: $35 to 40/ Hr.

Location: Memphis, TN

Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm

Description:

The Client Supply Chain Specialist should have an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. He/She manages, develops, and improves supply chain with a specific focus on the inventory management system. Working with all areas and levels of the company, the Specialist should ensure supply chain performance in all different aspects and provide internal/external customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Manage forecasting and inventory planning activities
– Generate monthly inventory s as per client’s request and schedule meetings as needed
– Place PO requisitions on Jaggaer and use SAP to generate s
– Update BOM’s in collaboration with Manufacturing & QC teams
– Coordinate with other professionals to implement changes and new systems
– Collaborate directly with Client Project Managers
– Support Receiving, Shipping & Purchasing operations as needed
– Communicate and manage any potential issues and challenges impacting service to customers or inventor

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
preferred and/or 1 year of relevant experience
– Business Certifications and/or training are preferred
– GDP knowledge or experience
– Expert knowledge of MS Office tools (particularly Excel and Access)
– Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, decision making and presentation skills
– Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to work independently and act with appropriate sense of urgency
– Customer service and result driven
– Strong team player

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
