Dealer Support Representative
Summary:

Your primary role as Dealer Support Representative is as follows:
To be the first point of contact for the dealer network on transaction-level communications and the primary contact for select, non-target dealers.
Dealer Support duties include: answering incoming dealer calls and Emails (both Rapidparts and MCFA), order placement (verbal, faxed or e-mailed), providing parts availability and pricing information, communicating status of ESD on backorders, coordinating special shipping instructions, providing freight quotes, presenting technical information in a timely and professional manner, and sourcing parts using our preferred vendors and discounts.
Additional duties could include but not limited to Inside Sales and Business System Support: approving/managing the APPIAN login site, managing/placing orders for the Lift Store, department’s main contact/trainer for CRM/SAP/MCFnet/AS400 systems, updating Confluence and creating department SOP’s with managers approval, creating and reporting on yearly forecast for selected Dealers and holding them accountable, being engaged in our PAIDD philosophy, following up on any technical requests that were not converted, work with the Sales and Marketing team on Promo’s directed to dealer network, responsible for converting business to Rapidparts by regaining lost business, converting existing opportunities and introducing new products.
Qualifications:
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
Job Experience: 0-3 years
Specific Skills:
- BPCS/Antares/CRM knowledge helpful.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills.
- Polished, professional verbal /written skills and project a positive image.
- Work with patience and exhibit courtesy in all customer/dealer relations.
