We are looking for a dynamic and driven, results focused Talent Acquisition Partner who can keep up to speed with Rapid7’s current growth patterns. You’re comfortable operating with ownership and accountability and are happy to lean in and support the larger TA team’s hiring goals and company vision. You’re highly communicative, proactive and solutions focused, whilst able to build and maintain quality partnerships with our business leaders.

About the Role
We have been in hyper growth mode for the last few years and have built out a world class talent team. As a result of our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract who will join our team in either Reading or Melbourne to support our EMEA business across both our ‘Go To Customer’ and Corporate Services functions, with a blend of both technical and non-technical roles. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a full cycle desk and using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7.
In this role, you will:
Partner with Hiring Managers to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies while managing expectations clearly
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the organisation, implementing new processes and fine-tuning existing processes to deliver quality results for our customers
Focus on the quality of hire and ensure a fair and effective recruitment process while consistently providing an outstanding candidate experience
Accurate maintenance of our applicant tracking system, to ensure data integrity and allow you to tell the story of your search, progress and challenges
Proactive sharing of market insights to enable Hiring Managers to make the right hiring decisions, looking at talent availability and cost
The skills you’ll bring include:
Previous experience in an end-to-end recruitment role within a high growth Technology company. In-house experience would be advantageous, but we would also consider someone who is looking to move from agency into their 1st in-house role
The ability to source passive talent and get them engaged by creating a compelling pitch about Rapid7 and the opportunity, fully understanding the candidates motivators
Ability to develop recruitment strategies while leveraging internal and external metrics and insights
Customer centric with excellent relationship building skills, partnering with stakeholders across multiple locations
Ability to influence hiring decisions and outcomes by building trust and credibility with Hiring Managers, Leadership, peers, and candidates
Strong sense of ownership, holds themselves and others accountable to achieving high standards
Solid communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
