Job Title: Adjunct Instructors for Math and Sociology Courses, online courses

Adjunct Math Instructor Responsibilities:

• Teach Mathematics courses. Courses in the math curriculum include elementary, intermediate, and college algebra, trigonometry, survey of calculus, statistical analysis, and college and conceptual physics.
• Online classes beginning in January.

Adjunct Sociology Instructor Responsibilities:

• Teach Sociology courses. Topics include stratification, status, cultural differences, gender roles, and the structure and influence of family, religion, and politics.
• Particular attention to be given to current events and social issues.
• Online classes beginning in January.

Requirements:

• Math Instructor: Master’s degree in math or 18 graduate credits in mathematics area.

• Sociology Instructor: Master’s degree in social services, counseling, or related area.
• College-level teaching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
