Rangle is Looking for Delivery Coordinator Full Time

Delivery Coordinators are responsible for supporting departmental initiatives and for the success of Rangle’s client portfolio & Operations. On the Delivery front, they support the SVP, Transformation & Delivery by coordinating and providing the analysis required to drive operational excellence. At the program level, the successful Coordinator identifies and implements process improvements that drive portfolio-wide improvements to how we execute our Lean-Agile continuous delivery model.

Responsibilities

Core

• Work with Delivery leadership in implementing processes to enhance the department, projects and processes
• Support the SVP, Transformation & Delivery in driving Rangle portfolio-wide initiatives
• Drive operational excellence by supporting resource planning, utilization & program financial management, and administration of our Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool.
• Plan and coordinate department activities as required
• Act as first point of contact for team members to ask questions about processes and procedures relating to Delivery

Relationships

• Support Program Director in first-pass program reporting and client reporting across all engagements
• Provide assistance to the Program Director in delivery-related and administrative responsibilities across engagements on the program
• Support the Program Director with billing and reconciliation
• Escalate risks and ensure visibility across the team; Monitor team health and efficiency
• Work closely with Revenue functions on aligning our deal pipeline in SalesForce with our resourcing availability.

Achievements

• Strive for continuous improvement: Identify, implement, monitor, and iterate opportunities to continuously improve how we work
• Ensure visibility and streamlined communication with Digital, Revenue, and Operational teams for project staffing. Maintain resource tracking tooling.
• Develop & document Rangle Delivery & Operational processes.
• Identify process gaps and barriers to productivity; work to alleviate them

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the technology space, experience working in the software development life cycle.
• Previous experience in Resource Management, Sales Operations, or Delivery Management roles. Ideally with prior experience at a digital agency.
• Deep experience in building out effective reporting to drive data-driven decision making on
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience working with the Google Drive suite of products.
• Ideally, experience working in SalesForce.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,710.00-$70,000.00 per year
