RIS provides a tailored operations and staffing solution designed exclusively for clients with high-volume staffing requirements.

As a Site Manager, you will be stationed at our client’s site, fostering relationships with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs.

Your role involves attentive listening to gauge both the quality and quantity required, followed by meticulous screening, interviewing, and identification of qualified candidates to seamlessly fill positions.

Serving as an on-site extension of the client’s HR function, Site Managers oversee all facets of the client workforce, including business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and employee management What’s in it for You :

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture a robust partnership with the client, demonstrating a profound understanding of their business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Establish and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified talent aligning with the client’s unique needs.
• Execute a recruiting plan consistently to ensure a perfect match in terms of both quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates based on client-specific job profiles and workforce forecasts.
• Adhere to all operational standards, employment laws, and regulations.
• Foster top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits, fostering a consultative and lasting relationship.
• Market talent’s skills effectively, making optimal matches for both the client and candidate.
• Offer innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Deliver services that consistently delight both our clients and talent.
