Fortune 500 Manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Operations Manager. This position will be on 3rd shift (11:30p – 7:15a) located near Granbury, Texas. The Operations Manager will supervise and facilitate the operations of multiple manufacturing teams to achieve quality, production, service, profitability, and safety objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $85K, plus an opportunity for a bonus, relocation assistance, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising, managing, and facilitating the operations of multiple teams in the facility to achieve quality, cost, production, service, and safety objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Provide assistance, direction, and support for work teams ensuring that they have the information and resources needed and provides coordination with other departments to achieve production, service, quality, and cost goals
• Responsible for monitoring overall departmental performance, implementing corrective action, and keeps management informed of the team’s progress
