Randstad USA Hiring for IT Systems Support Analyst at Lawrence, MA Full Time

Randstad is partnering with a healthcare nonprofit based in Lawrence, MA that is looking to hire a temp-perm onsite IT Systems Support Analyst. This position will be part of the team supporting the IT helpdesk as well as systems project work. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant work experience, and experience with Office 365, MS Exchange Server, and Active Directory.

responsibilities:

-Develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot system enhancements

-Provide support to 400+ users by managing an IT helpdesk, troubleshooting and addressing user’s computer issues; supporting IT systems including phone systems, various services (email, accounting, file, web, service order, etc.), user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, etc.), and miscellaneous technology devices (printers, copiers, projectors, etc.)

-Assist with the roll-out of new systems and system updates

-Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices

-Install and configure appropriate software

-Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

-Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to appropriate IT staff
