What you’ll be doing:

• Assists in the development and maintenance of a detailed project plan to include project scope, resources, tasks, milestones, budget, and target/actual dates of completion.
• Provides maintenance of all project artifacts in SharePoint.
• Provides project administration support at the portfolio level; reviews change orders, documents lessons learned, document meeting minutes, updates project documentation and schedules as required for each project and phase.
• Actively participates in financial validation, data analysis, and project controls and provides summaries and updates.
• Assists with the preparation of project status s to management.
• Schedules and conducts project meetings to include logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes.
• Actively participates and assists the data analysis process and develops recommendations and action plans.
• Assists in research, collection, analysis, and preparation of data and studies.

What you’ll have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics) required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience required in data analysis and project management field with successful experience in health care process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification, Project Management Professional certification, and/or Change Management Certification Highly Desired
• Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
