Position Overview : As a Full Cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on facility recruitment in the bio-tech sector, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s future.

Your mission will be to identify and attract top-tier talent, ensuring that our small but dynamic teams are equipped with the best professionals in the industry.

This is a remote position localized in Florida, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while actively contributing to our company’s growth and success.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in full cycle bio-tech recruitment with a focus on facilities.
  • Deep knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Familiarity with regulatory affairs, IT, and procurement talent acquisition.
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • strong business acumen and the ability to align recruitment strategies with company goals.

Location : Remote (Florida)

Duration : 4-Month Contract, with the possibility of extension

salary : $36 – $37 per hour

work hours : 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Sourcing : Employ diverse sourcing methods to engage top-tier biotech talent.

Facility Recruitment : Tailor recruitment strategies for pharmaceutical, regulatory affairs, IT, and procurement facility roles.

Candidate Assessment : Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Pipeline Development : Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.

Compliance and Regulatory Awareness : Stay updated on FDA regulations and ensure ethical recruitment practices.

Employer Branding : Strengthen our employer brand and promote us as an industry employer of choice.

Collaborative Partner : Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment guidance.

Data-Driven Decision-Making : Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and enhance strategies.
