Responsibilities

Sourcing

Attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the industry

Coordinates sourcing and screening, regulatory tracking, and ensuring seamless communication with applicants and hiring managers.

Research and educate managers on market salaries and trends

Maintain physical and digital employee files

Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations

Conduct exit interviews, and track data to improve retention rates

Payroll

Accurately processes bi-weekly payroll

Responds to employee questions and 3rd party inquiries including employment verifications, garnishments, levies, and child support orders.

Coordinates payments with the HR Business Partner for administration of all Federal / state / companysponsored leave programs, to include EPSL, EFMLA, short / long term disability, and various state leave programs.

Attention to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, COBRA, 401K and other profit-sharing programs.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
