Job Details:

• Provides timely, high-quality, specialized administrative and/or project support through the entire contracting lifecycle.
• Performs a range of support activities such as contract formatting, tracking, preparation, and auditing for correctness and that rates are within parameters.
• May serve as a liaison with other internal or external departments, research collaborators, or vendors on administrative and/or operational matters
• Responds to questions, information requests, and problems quickly.
• Creates and maintains spreadsheets for specific required information.
• Acknowledges and maintains absolute confidentiality of sensitive information.

Experience

• 3+ years experience in an admin/project coordinator role.
• Minimum one (1) year of database experience
• Proficient in Excel
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Minimum two (2) years of college and/or business school.
