Responsibilities

What you will need to bring to the table :

Experience and Expertise : You have hands-on experience in logistics, specifically with international and domestic shipping.

You know the ins and outs of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and transportation management systems.

Problem-Solving Skills : You are adept at identifying issues before they arise and are skilled in developing effective solutions quickly and efficiently.

Agility and Adaptability : In our fast-paced environment, priorities can shift rapidly. You are flexible, able to adapt to new challenges, and always ready to take on whatever comes your way.

Performance-Oriented : You’re driven to achieve and exceed targets, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and efficiencies within the logistics chain.

Daily job duties include but not limited to :

Unload, receive and accuratley process all inbound shipments from vendors

Pick, pack and process all orders for shipments

International / Domestic Shipping

Load trucks / trailors by hand or forklift operation

Customer support

Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

Read, write, and speak English

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new software systems

Prior experience with SAP, Salesforce or Zenkrafta is a plus

The essential functions of this role include :

working in a smoke free environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs
