Randstad has an opening for an experienced Logistics Clerk. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the completeness, accuracy, and punctuality of quotations, orders and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM system
• Provide exceptional service to domestic customers via phone, email, or chat, assisting them with inquiries, orders, returns, and product information
• Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
• Efficiently handle purchase orders received through various channels such as phone, fax, email, and mail
• Create sales quotes
