salary : $20 – $22 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Item creation, upload, and update to our system as necessary.
• Answer Emails daily. Upload Monthly Purchase orders into our system.
• Communicate with Factory on New Orders, Item information and other requests.
• Review and update Purchase Orders.
• Work with other Departments to ensure the quality of requested information.
• Keep organized files for all inbound shipments.
• Receive all inbound shipments into system (Sage 100 Program) Process export orders for affiliates weekly.
• Communicate with freight forwarders to track, update the status of inbound shipments.
• Digital Filing for all inbound shipments and other processed documents.
• Create monthly inbound log in EXCEL.
• Provide all necessary docs to warehouse dept. (packing list) Upload all inbound shipments into our inbound log in google sheets.
• Assist with some customs process for inbounds.
