This company, which specializes in tourism and has a worldwide presence, is currently looking for a bilingual customer service agent.
As a Traveler’s Assistant, you will be the first point of contact with insured customers who are out of the country. To do this, you must be a good listener, able to handle unexpected and stressful situations.
You will provide excellent customer service while actively listening to customers and demonstrating empathy. You will offer assistance to travelers to resolve their current concerns. Some calls may be about a need for hospitalization, an injury during a tour, etc.
This is a challenging role as every call is different.
– Assistance agent – 4 days of work at home and 1 day in the office (Downtown Montreal)
– Permanent position with full benefits – Full time 37.5 h
It will vary according to the seniority of the agents.
