The RIS TOU Site Coordinator will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the clients specific strategic and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and talent records and workers compensation. This person will also assist onsite account team with administrative duties including but not limited to contacting pipeline of available talent, filing and data entry as directed by the Site Manager and/or Operations Manager. We are seeking candidates for multiple locations (Hazelwood, Moscow Mills & Earth City) Scheduling may vary by location
salary: $19 – $22 per hour
